MakeUp

April 3, 2013
Make-up is an amazing invention let me say. I first got into make-up about 5 years ago and I've been hooked ever since. It's kind of an addiction I must say lol.

When I first started with make up I was obsessed with winged liner, but it was so hard to get that perfect flick or wing. It was not after tons of practice that I was able to find the perfect technique for me to get that perfect wing. I thought I would share with my readers and easy and fool proof way to achieve this wing liner look. I've put together a pictorial for how to do this look.

Pictorial: How to achieve the perfect winged eyeliner every time :)

Explanation:
1. First of all, I started by making an angled straight line from the outer corner of my eye. Its your choice what angle you choose and the length of the line.
2. Then I start from the inner corner of my eye, just the way we do normally, extending it till midway.
3.Now, from midway draw the line till the inner tear duct.
4. fill in any gaps from the connecting lines.
Some great eyeliners that you can use to achieve this look are:

Here is an inexpensive water proof liquid eyeliner in Black by Wet n Wild which you can purchase here.

A more high end product is Mac Cosmetics Superslick Liquid Eye Liner which you can purchase here.

These products or ones similar will help you to achieve this gorgeous cat eye look. Dont be afraid of color, you can line your eyes with any color you like to give your look some extra flare. Past weeks clients and make up looks

For this weeks post I will share with you all my most recent makeovers from this past weekends work.

Here is one of my loyal clients, she enlists my services weekly. This was this weekends look. She wanted to get dolled up for a night on the town. This is one of my favorite looks to do on clients. A beautiful gold smokey eye paired with a red lip and cheetah print. I did her full make-up, hair and styled her outfit for a complete head to toe look. She was such a sweetheart, and was really happy with this completed look.

Here is another one of my recent clients of the past week. She was such a pleasure to work with, and another one of my favorite looks to create for my clients. A creme color, metallic finish cat eye shadow paired with rosy cheeks and a red lip. I did her make-up and hair for a special event. Love this look, and she loved it too. What do you guys think?
