Braids of all kinds. 

I absolutely love high fashion braids! Braids can make a hair style elegant or edgy. We have seen them a lot this season in magazines, at fashion week and on fashionistas alike. Spice up your style with a sophisticated fishtail braid. 

I love these types of braids because you can wear it with a casual laid back look, or you can rock it on a night out for a special event. No matter where you're going an edgy braid can be perfect! Ok, so fishtail braids are super cute...but how can you recreate this look? If you want to find out how to recreate this lovely look keep reading :)

Step 1) Seperate your hair into two sections, and hold each section in each hand as shown above in the photo labeled 1.

Step 2) Begin by taking a small piece of hair from the bottom of the left parted side and cross it over to the right side.

Step 3) Do the same thing, take a small piece of hair from the bottom end of the right parted side and cross it over to join with the left side. 

Step 4) Repeat step 2, and continue this pattern for the duration of the braids, alternating pieces from left and right parted hair for steps 4-6.

Step 7) Take a hair band and secure the bottom of your braid.

Step 8) If you don't like your braid tight and structured, you can pull it out at the edges to loosen a bit to give it a more relaxed effortless look.

Essential hot tools every girl should own for perfect hair, everyday!

I know all women would love to have that everyday salon fresh styled hair everyday, but for most of us that's not the case. If your like me, a good hair day, everyday is not an easy task. Sometimes I'm just to busy or just don't have the time in the morning to spend on my hair. In my quest to have fabulous hair everyday, I've learned it starts with your hair care routine, finding cute quick & easy styles in addition to the products you use. In my experience I have come across some fabulous products that I love, and some products that were not so great. In this post I will share with you the secrets to having great looking hair everyday by giving you ladies options of various products and hot tools that have worked for me, and I think are essential for every girl to have in their collection. 

For your everyday wet to air dry curly look...a great diffuser is essential. 

What is a diffuser?

 A blow dryer provides a straight stream of air, when you use a diffuser with the blow dryer it allows the hair to separate through all the air holes you see above. This tool aids in drying the hair much faster than air drying alone, and it also aids in the style. If you have curly hair with a frizz the diffuser helps to cut down the frizz for a flawless look.
